1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SaaS Foundry, operated by Central Products. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, collective SaaS tools, and eCommerce store. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
To use our SaaS tools or make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Store Orders, Payments & Subscriptions
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payments for software subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Returns for physical goods are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition. Digital goods and SaaS access are non-refundable after use or activation.
6. Use of the SaaS Tools & License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our SaaS tools for your internal business operations. You may not sublicense, sell, or rent access to the tools without prior written consent.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or decompile any aspect of the Service; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SaaS Foundry and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by SaaS Foundry. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall SaaS Foundry be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Kalispell, Montana, before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Any arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.
